At CaterSpot, we strive to ensure seamless delivery across the entire Singapore island. However, there are some key details to keep in mind regarding delivery areas, surcharges, and timing.
Delivery Areas
We cover delivery to all areas within Singapore. Whether you’re located in the city center or further out, we’ve got you covered. However, some vendors may apply delivery surcharges for specific areas. These surcharges are based on the vendor’s policies and the location being delivered to.
Jurong Island Deliveries
For deliveries to Jurong Island, a pass is required for our delivery personnel to enter the area. Customers must assist us in obtaining the necessary pass once the order has been submitted. Please ensure the pass is arranged promptly to avoid any delays with your delivery.
Delivery Surcharges
Depending on the type of delivery, either CaterSpot Delivery or Vendor Delivery, there may be surcharges for deliveries to certain areas. These surcharges may vary based on the delivery method and will be clearly listed during checkout, ensuring transparency.
Notice Periods
Each vendor operates with their own unique notice period. This means that you can only place orders if they fall within the required lead time set by the vendor. Be sure to plan your orders in advance, as last-minute orders may not be available with certain vendors.
Delivery Times and Windows
Many vendors offer flexibility in terms of delivery timing:
•15-minute Intervals: Some vendors allow you to choose specific delivery times in 15-minute intervals, giving you more precise control over when your food arrives.
•Delivery Windows: Others may offer delivery within a specified time window, allowing for some flexibility based on the vendor’s schedule.
The exact delivery timings and availability will be displayed in each vendor’s profile, helping you select the best option that fits your needs.
