Reviews help other customers identify the right caterer for their next event. For this reason, we offer a $10 voucher to customers who submit a complete review of their recent orders. This voucher can be used for your next order, with no minimum spend necessary.
Photo submissionPictures paint a thousand words, so remember to take a photo before the food is consumed! Reviews submitted without photos are not eligible for the $10 voucher.We encourage you to take photos that show the food or the catering setup (as applicable). Please follow these tips for the best photo submission:
- Clear and Well-lit: Make sure the photo is bright and clear, showcasing the food at its best.
- Whole Setup or Close-up: You can choose to show the entire catering setup or a close-up of the dishes.
- No Personal Identifiers: Please ensure that no personal or sensitive information (such as people’s faces or documents) is visible in the photo.
- Aspect ratio: A 3:2 (landscape) aspect ratio works best for us

Your comments help bring more aspects of the caterer's food and service to light, and can be very helpful for other customers who are unfamiliar with the caterer. Reviews submitted without a comment are not eligible for the $10 voucher. Please bear in mind the following guidelines for comments:
- Comments should be written in English only
- Comments should be constructive
- Please avoid the use of profane or abusive language
About your voucher
If your review is deemed complete, you will receive a voucher in your email within 1-2 days of review submission. This will be a $10 voucher which:
- Requires no minimum spend
- Can be used on any caterer on our platform
- Is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance
