      How to Manage Notification Settings on CaterSpot

      CaterSpot allows you to customize your notification preferences to stay updated on your orders and deliveries. Follow these steps to manage your notification settings.

      Steps to Manage Notification Settings

      1. Login to Your CaterSpot Account:

        • Visit the CaterSpot website and log in using your credentials.

      2. Navigate to the Notification Settings Section:

        • Once logged in, navigate to your profile page on the top right corner of the page.
        • Locate the sidebar menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
        • Click on "Notification Settings" section.

      3. View Notification Types:

        • On the "Notification Settings" page, you will see a list of notification types that you can manage.
        • The available notification types include:
          • Order Confirmation Email
          • Order Follow Up and Review Email
          • Order Reminder Email
          • Order Status Update Email
          • Delivery Notification Email
          • Delivery Notification SMS

      4. Enable or Disable Notifications:

        • Each notification type has a toggle switch in the "Status" column.
        • To enable a notification, ensure the toggle switch is set to the green "on" position.
        • To disable a notification, set the toggle switch to the gray "off" position.

      5. Save Your Settings:

        • Your changes are automatically saved when you toggle the notification settings.
        • Ensure that the notifications you want to receive are enabled and those you don’t want are disabled.

      6. Confirmation:

        • Once you have set your preferences, you will receive notifications according to your selected settings.
