      How to reset Password

      If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it for any reason, CaterSpot provides a simple process to help you regain access to your account. Follow these steps to reset your password:

      Steps to Reset Your Password

      1. Navigate to the CaterSpot Login Page:

        • Open your web browser and go to the CaterSpot login page: CaterSpot Login.

      2. Click on 'Forgot Password?':

        • On the login page, below the 'Log In' button, you will see a link that says 'Forgot password?'. Click on this link

      3. Enter Your Email Address:

        • You will be redirected to a page where you need to enter the email address associated with your CaterSpot account.
        • Enter your email address in the provided field.

      4. Submit the Request:

        • After entering your email address, click on the 'Reset Password' button.
        • CaterSpot will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

      5. Check Your Email:

        • Open your email inbox and look for an email from CaterSpot with the subject line "Password recovery".
        • If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

      1. Follow the Instructions in the Email:

        • Open the email and click on the "Update Password Now" button.
        • You will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

      2. Create a New Password:

        • Enter your new password in the provided fields. Make sure your password is strong and secure.
        • Confirm the new password by entering it again.

      3. Complete the Process:

        • Click on the 'Reset Password' button to save your new password.
        • You will receive a confirmation that your password has been successfully reset.

      4. Log In with Your New Password:

        • Return to the CaterSpot login page and log in using your email address and new password.
