How to Apply Voucher Codes
At CaterSpot, we offer voucher codes to give you discounts on your orders. Applying a voucher code is simple and can be done directly at checkout. Follow the steps below to redeem your voucher:
Steps to Apply a Voucher Code:
1.Select Your Items
•Add the desired catering items to your order from the available menu.
•After selecting your items, click on “Continue to Checkout” to proceed.
2.Go to the Checkout Page
•On the checkout page, review your order details to ensure everything is correct.
•Scroll down to the Promo Code section (as shown in the screenshots).
3.Enter Your Voucher Code
•In the Promo Code field, type in the voucher code exactly as provided.
•Once entered, click Apply.
4.Verify the Discount
•After applying the voucher code, the total cost of your order will be automatically updated to reflect the discount.
•Ensure that the voucher has been successfully applied and the discount is visible in the total.
5.Complete the Checkout
•Once you’ve confirmed the voucher is applied, continue with the payment process to finalize your order.
Common Issues with Voucher Codes:
•Invalid or Expired Code: If the voucher code is invalid or has expired, you will see an error message. Double-check the code and its expiry date.
