How to Track Your Delivery

At CaterSpot, we understand the importance of staying informed about your order’s delivery status. Once your order is confirmed and the vendor begins preparing it, you can easily track your delivery in real-time.

 

Steps to Track Your Deliver

1.Track from Email Notification:

•After your order is collected by the delivery driver, you will receive an email notification with a link to track your delivery.

•Click the Track Delivery button in the email, and you’ll be directed to a live tracking page where you can see the current status of your order.

2.Track from Your CaterSpot Account:

•Log in to your CaterSpot account and go to My Orders.

•Find the specific order you want to track and click on it to view detailed tracking information, including the driver’s name and contact number.

•The delivery status will update in real time, showing you stages such as:

Preparing: The vendor is preparing your order.

Picked Up: The delivery driver has collected your order.

In Transit: The order is on the way to your location.

Nearby: The driver is close to the delivery destination.

Completed: Your order has been successfully delivered.

3.Delivery Status Information:

The tracking page will display:

•The driver’s name and contact number.

•The estimated time of arrival (ETA).

•The current location and status of the delivery.

•Any specific delivery instructions or details related to your order.

 

Important Notes:

•If there are any delays or issues with your delivery, you can contact our support team directly for assistance.

•For deliveries to certain restricted areas (e.g., Jurong Island), please ensure that the necessary passes are arranged for the driver.
