If you need a customized menu or specific event catering, CaterSpot offers a concierge service for orders over $1000. Our event concierge team will assist you with bespoke catering solutions tailored to your needs. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to request a proposal for custom menus or event catering:
Step 1: Navigate to the “Request Proposal” Button
At the top of the CaterSpot homepage, you’ll find a Request Proposal button. Click on this button to begin the process of submitting your custom event or menu request.
Step 2: Select Your Catering Type
You’ll be prompted to choose between Catering or Pantry. Select the relevant option based on your event’s needs, then click Next Step.
Step 3: Fill in Your Contact Details
Provide your name, email address, phone number, and company name so we can contact you with a proposal.
Step 4: Provide Event Details
Fill in the details for your event, including:
•Description: What type of event you are hosting and what you are looking for in terms of catering.
•Number of Guests: Specify how many guests will attend the event.
•Budget: Indicate the budget range you’re working with for the event.
•Event Date and Time: Specify when your event will take place.
•Event Location: Provide the venue location for delivery.
Step 5: Specify Your Catering Requirements
You’ll be asked to provide additional catering preferences, including:
•What do you need catered?: List specific items such as appetizers, main courses, desserts, or beverages.
•Dietary Restrictions or Preferred Cuisines: Include any special requirements such as halal, vegetarian, or gluten-free options.
