      View Active and Past Orders on CaterSpot

      CaterSpot provides an easy-to-navigate interface for viewing your active and past orders. Follow the steps below to access your order history.

      Steps to View Active and Past Orders

      1. Login to Your CaterSpot Account:

      2. Navigate to the "Orders" Section:

        • Once logged in, locate the sidebar menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
        • Click on "Orders".

      3. Order History Page:

        • The "Order History" page displays a list of your orders, including both active and past orders.

        • Each order entry includes the following details:
          • Status: Indicates whether the order is "Delivered", "Cancelled", etc.
          • Order Number: A unique identifier for the order.
          • Caterer: The name of the caterer providing the service.
          • Submitted Date: The date when the order was placed.
          • Delivery Date & Time: The scheduled delivery date and time.
          • Total: The total amount for the order.
          • Payment Account: The account used for payment (e.g., Personal, Corporate).

      4. Reordering and Editing Orders:

        • For convenience, each order entry includes a "Reorder" button, allowing you to quickly place a similar order again.
        • There is also an edit icon (pencil) next to the reorder button, which you can use to modify the order if needed. For information on how to edit your orders, click here.

      Additional Features

      • Corporate Account Orders:

        • If you have a corporate account, you can switch between different accounts using the dropdown menu under "Corporate Account" in the sidebar.
        • This allows you to view orders specific to different corporate entities you are associated with.

      • Profile and Settings:

        • You can access your profile, manage payment cards, and adjust notification settings from the sidebar menu for a more personalized experience.
