How to access the reviews?
Vendors can view the client reviews from orders placed through the CaterSpot Marketplace. All they need to do is just follow these simple steps
Step 1: Go to your CaterSpot Marketplace page or look for your outlet at www.caterspot.sg
Step 2: Once you are in your page, click on “Review”
Step 3: You will be able to see the overall rating stars along with a breakdown, you will also be able to see the number of reviews you have
Step 4: Scroll down to read through the reviews that our clients have left based on the order
