What happens if there is an item that was missed out?

If there is an item that was missed out, we will investigate whether the cause is from your end or from an error in our system/driver. If the error is from your end, we may require a redelivery or a waiver of the missing item, depending on what the customer requests. If a redelivery is required, we may impose a penalty in order to cover the cost of the redelivery.
