Order incomplete (missing pax)
An order is considered incomplete if there are missing items or pax.
Here are several steps taken to handle the situation effectively:
Step 1: Identify the missing pax

Identify exactly which item is missing and number of pax

We would investigate the cause with both vendor & driver

Check if vendor counted and handed over the all items to driver

Check if driver cross checked during pick up & delivery

Investigate on client’s side (if needed)

Client to double check to ensure food not placed elsewhere

To double check to ensure none of the employees could have taken

Step 2: Offer solution

Redelivery of the missing pax

We will check with vendor if they are willing to prepare the missing pax

We will check with client to see if they are okay for redelivery

If both sides okay, vendor to prepare the food

We may impose a penalty for the vendor to cover the redelivery cost

If client or vendor do not agree with redelivery
