The order tab in the portal are designed to help vendors efficiently manage and track their orders. This tabs ensure that vendors can easily monitor the status of each orders and take appropriate actions to fulfill them on time.
Overview of the Order page
- List of every single order that you have received from CaterSpot.
- Summarized view of all orders of the order date, delivery date, , pick up outlet, pick up time and delivery address.
- You will also be able to filter the order based on order status and delivery date.
Important statuses
- New: New orders that have yet to be confirmed by vendor
- Accepted: Orders that has been reviewed and confirmed by vendor
- Declined: Order has been reviewed and declined by vendor
- Cancelled: Order cancelled by client
- Draft: Ongoing order that has yet to be finalized
