      How are refunds handled?
      1. When there are refunds, Our support team will notify you with the order details. 
      2. Any refunds or waivers will be reflected accordingly on the order in the Dashboard.
      3. When payments are made, you will also be able to see the refunds reflected in your monthly statement.
