# How to identify order requires individual packaging?

There are 3 types of meals that clients would usually order, which are:

- Individual packed meal
- Sharing platters
- Buffet with setup

**How can I identify orders which require individual packaging**

- Consider the nature of your menu. If your menu are typically consumed in specific portion sizes, it may make sense to individually package them.

- Keep an eye on special instructions in the order summary for customized request.

**Below are the steps:**

Step 1: Login into the “CaterSpot Vendor Management Portal” (Desktop or Mobile Application)

Step 2: Click on **“Order”** 

Step 3: Click on the **“Order ID”** 

Step 4: In the order summary, check under **“Special Instruction”**
