How to identify order requires individual packaging?

There are 3 types of meals that clients would usually order, which are:

• Individual packed meal

• Sharing platters

• Buffet with setup

How can I identify orders which require individual packaging

• Consider the nature of your menu. If your menu are typically consumed in specific portion sizes, it may make sense to individually package them.

• Keep an eye on special instructions in the order summary for customized request.

Below are the steps:

Step 1: Login into the “CaterSpot Vendor Management Portal” (Desktop or Mobile Application)

Step 2: Click on “Order” 

Step 3: Click on the “Order ID” 

Step 4: In the order summary, check under “Special Instruction”
