Why is Labeling important?
- For every order from CaterSpot. It is COMPULSORY to label every food pax.
- Based on the order type, the system will generate the label for you which will be available in the CaterSpot Vendor Management Portal
- 2 types of labels available (Generated based on order requirement)
- Food item Label
- Food Label + Individual employee name Label
How do I download and print the labels
Step 1 : Under "Order summary", you will be able to find the Print Label button
Step 2 : Click on the "Print label" Button
Step 3 : You will be able to view the labels generated based on the order requirement
Step 4 : Choose the appropriate template based on your printer settings
Step 5 : Once printed, stick the labels on each of the food packaging. (Example below)
What happens when you do not Label?
- Can cause confusion during meal service/distribution
- Clients would have to open the packaging up to identify (NOT HYGIENIC)
- Clients left very frustrated
Additional Information
- Labels are best to be printed on sticker paper as it will make it easier to stick it on the food packages.
- You may print it on paper and use tape, but there is a risk on the labels coming off during delivery.
