Importance of a fast response time
- Fast order confirmations are important for catering orders and leaving them with a last minute cancellation or change leaves customers stressed
- They are larger orders and more difficult to change or find alternatives for last minute
 - They may require approval processes
 - They are for important occasions

CaterSpot recommends an order response time of 4 hours or less
