# How do Marketplace orders work?

## Get instant push notifications via the Mobile app and email when an order is placed. You confirm the order via Partner Portal. You make the food and we deliver it.

***What happens when you get a new order from CaterSpot:***

1\. Client places an order via the CaterSpot website.

 2\. Once order has been places, vendor will receive "Push Notifications" via the Mobile application and via email.

3\. You review & proceed to accept or reject the order via **"CaterSpot for Merchant"** mobile application or the Partner Portal Website.

4\. Print out the labels based on order requirement **(This is a must)**

5\. Display the Order details to your kitchen team via the mobile application.

6\. On the day before & on the order day, you will receive a reminder notification via the mobile app.  
7\. On the delivery date, prepare the order accurately for pick up. Please ensure the "Pick up" time is followed.

 8\. CaterSpot team will coordinate with our drivers to ensure they arrive on time for pick up.
