What happens when you get a new order from CaterSpot:
1. Client places an order via the CaterSpot website.
2. Once order has been places, vendor will receive "Push Notifications" via the Mobile application and via email.
3. You review & proceed to accept or reject the order via "CaterSpot for Merchant" mobile application or the Partner Portal Website.

4. Print out the labels based on order requirement (This is a must)
5. Display the Order details to your kitchen team via the mobile application.
6. On the day before & on the order day, you will receive a reminder notification via the mobile app.
7. On the delivery date, prepare the order accurately for pick up. Please ensure the "Pick up" time is followed.
