# How do I Register for a Corporate Account?

In order to use invoicing as a payment method, you must first register for a corporate account. Follow these steps:

 

1\.**Sign in or Register**

If you don’t have a user account yet, start by registering one at [CaterSpot](https://www.caterspot.com). If you already have a user account, simply log in.

2\.**Access Your Profile**

Once logged in, navigate to your profile by clicking on your name at the top of the screen.

3\.**Sign Up for a Corporate Account**

On the profile page, you’ll find a **Corporate Account** section on the bottom left of the screen. Click the “Apply Now” button to begin your corporate account registration.

4\.**Complete the Registration**

Fill in the required personal and corporate information as shown in the screenshots below:

•Enter your personal details such as name, phone number, and email address.

•Provide your company’s registered name and business details.

•Choose your preferred invoicing frequency and enter the relevant finance contact details.

•Agree to the terms and conditions before submitting your application.

 

Once your application is reviewed and approved, your corporate account will be activated, and you’ll be able to use invoicing as your preferred payment method.
